Live Lessons + Structured Curriculum

Students attend one live lesson every week. Each lesson is supported by a fully structured booklet. Before class, students complete short prior knowledge exercises to make the most of independent learning and arrive ready for the live lesson. After the lesson, they work through problems at their own pace. Each unit ends with an assessment, and regular retrieval homework helps reinforce concepts they’ve already learned. Each booklet comes with complete parent solutions.

Small Interactive Classes

Classes are capped at 15 students to keep learning personal and interactive. Students are encouraged to speak in class, have their video camera on, answer questions, and share their ideas. Small class sizes allow for focused support, feedback, and ensure every child is actively involved and confident.

Christian Teacher

All live lessons are taught by a Christian teacher, with the Christian worldview shared naturally where relevant. Our aim is to help students recognise that God is Lord over all things, including mathematics. We also welcome families from non-Christian backgrounds, provided they are comfortable with this perspective being included within the teaching.

Hear From Our Students and Families

Scott tutored my daughter last year for her GCSE maths. My daughter is dyslexic and has discalcula and has always struggled with her Maths. Scott started in the Feb ahead of the summer GCSE exams and our daughter responded really well - she improved significantly with Scott’s help and achieved a Grade 4 in her exam, something which had seemed a long way off in the February. I would thoroughly recommend. When I asked my daughter how Scott had helped she said “he’s just a really good teacher and explained things in a way I could understand”.

Over two years, Scott supported our son with GCSE Maths and the progress he made was excellent. Scott is always punctual, communicates excellently, and is genuinely kind and approachable. As a qualified maths teacher, his professionalism and commitment were evident throughout, and we are extremely grateful for the positive impact he had. Thanks to Scott’s support, our son has developed a strong interest in higher-level maths and engineering and is now confident tackling both basic and advanced problems independently. We would not hesitate to choose Scott again or recommend him for future maths support for our daughters.

Scott gives very detailed explanations, takes time with every question, and is very patient. Overall, I would recommend Scott to anyone looking for high level tutoring, due to his strong subject knowledge but also his natural teaching skills. I believe that anyone who chooses him as their tutor will not regret it.
