Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. This policy applies to all products, including digital downloads and online classes. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. Digital Products
All digital products, including downloads, are covered by the standard 14-day statutory cooling-off period. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they change their mind.
3. Online Classes / Subscriptions
- Parents may choose to discontinue a subscription for future instalments.
- Any payments already made for past classes or instalments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- We ask that parents provide four weeks’ notice of cancellation to allow time to fill the space.
4. Faulty or Not-as-Described Products
Refunds will be provided if:
- A product is faulty or not as described
- You are unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our side
5. Statutory Rights / 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- All customers retain their right to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
- Refunds under this right will be issued promptly in accordance with UK law.
